Emily Kittell was born a conjoined twin and was separated from her twin sister at four months old. At 40 years old she and her sister are the oldest living conjoined twins in the United States and are the oldest living separated conjoined twins in the world. As a woman living with chronic medical issues and disability, Emily strives to encourage the world - especially the corporate/professional world - to look at disability, inclusion and culture through a new lens. Emily encourages groups to understand the spectrum of disbility and how small system changes can have a large impact on business, professions and even communities.
