Lina possesses 25 years of expertise in retail buying, strategy, and budgeting within a global travel retail organization, having worked in both the US and Hong Kong. Her last role was Global Director of Consumables, overseeing a team of 35 across five departments. As head merchant, she led her team in crafting vision and strategy, collaborating with locations across 14 countries for implementation. Lina has a proven track record in market development, nurturing client relations, building and leading cross-cultural and functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions to complex industry challenges. After repatriating to the US, she now dedicates herself to Leadership Coaching and Energy Healing. Lina is the Founder of Econscious Leadership Coaching and Consulting and Econscious Flow. Her mission is to help leaders actualize their potential, amplify their value and visibility, and navigate team-related challenges, including cross-cultural communication and workplace virtual engagement.
